UPGRADE YOUR HEADPHONE CABLES WITH IN-AKUSTIK

German cable maestro, In-akustik, has released a hi-end headphone extension lead like no other on the market.
The new lead promises the same hi-tech structure and high purity copper employed in In-akustic’s Reference range of speaker and interconnect cables.
The new reference quality lead will be available in 1.5, 3.0 and 5.0-meter lengths and the model designations are the 6015, 4603 and 4605.
This lead utilises the highly complex, dual symmetrical structure of In-akustik’s Excellence headphone extension cable, but adds a very densely woven shield to protect the delicate and intricate audio signals from the external interference emitted by smartphones and other electrical devices.
But as well as hi-tech shielding, the latest cable is built for great sound.
That’s no idle boast when you factor in the lead’s silver-plated conductors used to transmit the analogue music signal precisely and to enable, what In-akustik says, “is exceptionally crystal clear and dynamic sound even for high-resolution audio formats.”
The new extension cables are fitted with 24-karat gold-plated contacts to ensure optimum contact and minimal transition resistance for low-loss transmission of the music signal.
Features of the new lead comprise:
- Double symmetrical construction
- Dense braided shielding
- Low-loss PE insulation
- Silver plated conductors
- Gold plated contacts
- OF copper
- High precision connectors
- Textile jacket
The new extension lead arrives in Australia this December, but prices are not yet available.
