Is anyone using a Strong SRT 5410? If so, what was the cost and would they recommend them.

I got one for the in-laws for $160 from retravision just before Christmas.
They don't use it a huge amount but it seems good, much better than the "cheapies"

I am having a small issue, about once every 4-6 weeks the 5410 will display Bad or no signal when I change channels. I need to power cycle the 5410 to get an image back. I've had the 5410 for 4 months now and its on 24x7. I'm also running an old firmware version (28 May 2008). I'm going to update to the lastest version (2 mar 2009) tonight. Otherwise I've been very happy with the 5410.
