Hi All,

I have an old Nextwave 3100 digital set top box that wasn't really being used for a while but I have now hooked up to a spare tv. It is the third STB in the house and all the others have no trouble locating all channels. The Nextwave though does not seem to find Channel 10. I have rescanned the channels but still to no avail (the other channels are all found and work well).

Anyone have any ideas how I might be able to fix this (hoping I don't have to reposition the aerial, especially when there are no issues witht he other boxes in the house (a Sony HD STB and a Strong PVR).

Have you tried a factory reset and full rescan and setup? Not just a rescan

Have you tried a the nextwave on the same aerial flylead as the Sony or Strong to rule out the cabling to that particular outlet?

Thanks Diesel, I did the full re-set and rescan and Channel 10 was there as was One so all working well now.
