well as the title states warner bros is looking at offering an exchange program your old movies on the hd dvd fromart for a new one,

But of course it won't be available to non US residents. I somehow doubt Warner's Australian branch will be making the same offer.

Got all excited when i saw this and picked out USD$100 worth of titles. Going to use a friends US address. Then thought most of my titles are local and would have different bar codes. Even Matrix is UK! damn. Could still give it a go, worse case i lose my cover slips!
