Hi,
I am having a few dramas trying to get the SD version of One to come up on my Standard Definition SRT 5022. I believe that it should just be on channel 12, but when I go across the EPG (useless, I know) info tells me its Ten HD. I have done an auto Scan and it appears to pick it up, but when I go back to the channel manager, I cannot see it
On my main TV (which is running a TIVO as well as an internal HD tuner), I have ONE (on 12) appears to be fine.
Can anyone recommend what I need to do?
Thanks

You are right, (in Sydney at least) it should be on CH12, but I noticed last night when the AFL was on, CH12 had a message to either watch it on CH1 or CH10 as it was being broadcast on the SD CH10. This is good as it saves bandwidth.
So what happens when you channel surf to 12, or type in the number 12. Do you get a blank screen, or something else?

Yes a blank screen, nothing else. If I check on my TIVO, One Digital and One HD are identical
And, as I said, the EPG info still tells me that C12 is still Ten HD

Don't worry, I got it!
I did a full system reset and deleted all stored channel, re-scanned and there it was! Its always the simplest solutions..
Thanks for responding anyway!

Thanks for the tip guys.
I have a digicrystal SD STB and was struggling to get ONE digital so that i could watch F1 in the kids playroom whilst Wifie was watching 'The Biggest Loser'
Doing a reset, pin number 0000 for those who care, did the trick for me too.
It's still dissapointing that it is doesn't update automatically, but at least there's another way.
Thanks again
Bob
