I really wanna get 10HD to watch the NFL. I only have what i think is a SD top box (AWA STB 237), and an old plain crt TV. Anyway to get 10HD to work at all?

Charger, You will not get HD programs unless you get either an HD set top box (which can produce SD signals from these programs) or an HD TV.

Not with an SD box, not sure if any HD boxes would output in SD, someone else would have to answer that one. Best of Luck, Go Chiefs. J.

Most HD boxes can be used on 'crappy old TV's.
If you have A/V inputs on the telly (eg:yellow, white, red RCA connectors) no probs.
You'll only get standard definition picture quality, but you will get the extra HD channels.
