My first EP10 redemption, I received the discs in a couple of months, and then it took another couple of month (and lots of emails) to get my $100 cashback.

My second EP10 and XE1 redemptions took months and months and many emails and phone calls.

In comparison, I purchased a full colour laser printer from Fuji Xerox a couple of weeks ago. Printer cost me $420 and there was a flyer for a $200 cash back offer.

I filled the form in and faxed it off, expecting to wait months to see anything.

Imagine my surprise when I received an email later that afternoon asking for confirmation of the serial number as the fax was a little blury.

And then a week later the money was deposited directly into my account.

Take not Toshiba, that's how to run a redemption program!

Kudos to Fuji Xerox, I'll be recommending you to anyone who will listen in the future smile.gif

I'm waiting on a cashback from Rinnai on a hot water unit, it has only been a few weeks but have not had anything including confirmation they received my info 6 weeks ago.

Not a redemption one, but I've just ordered new carpets for the house, the updated invoice they sent me had my surname spelt wrong, wrong house number, the street tyre wrong (Pcresent), the wrong suburb and wrong postcode. They at least tried to correct the suburb in the "delivery information", but then spelt the corrected suburb name wrong and still had the wrong postcode.

How do people like this stay in business? Their ineptitude amazes me.

On a side note I have been waiting a few weeks for a Canon Pixma redemption and have not heard a single thing to even acknowledge that they have received my forms
