I've recently put my first order through DVD Pacific, Amex however wouldn't accept the fund request from them, had to use my Master Card instead, just wondering if anybody else had the same problem? My bank simply said Amex have been blocking some merchants due to fradulent activities.

I vaguely remember reading on another forum a few years ago that they got hacked and people found unauthorised amounts on their credit cards. My recollection is that it was all sorted out.

i just used amex for an order there, no problems.
