Hi ppls,
Now, when I turn to channel 9/9HD I get blocky signal etc and the "strengh" is on Red/Yellow, but all other channels work great and on green. With my toppy 5000, channel 9 works perfectly. I only pluged in the beyonwiz straight into the antenna and the problem is still there.
Just wondering what u guys think?
Thanks

Where in Perth are you?
Having both 5000 and P1 myself, I would agree that the tuner in the 5000 is more rock solid. I would get the very occassional glitch on the P1, but never on the toppy.
Also, I've noticed that channel nine signal strength has been a bit flakey over the past year. I have had problems with it on my PC tuner card, when every other channel was fine. Turned up the distribution amp a touch and all is fine. Perhaps try a small kinray powered amp?
Also consider giving Nine Perth a call and see if they've turned down their signal for a while (this sometimes this happens during maintenence / WIN $ cutbacks... tongue.gif ) Also check that your antenna not moved direction.

Also, the upcoming firmware (likely May) is also meant to improve the Beyonwiz tuner's signal locking ability. You might want to post in the beyonwiz forum and ask the Beta testers how this is going. edit: oops. Looks like you've already done that!
