Tuned in on Win HD (channel 80) and all was fine until the program Two and a Half Men started.

As soon as the program began, the audio sounded like it was being corrupted with something that the STB didn't recognise as it had "pulsing squeaks", cycling around 50 or 60 hz. The ad breaks in the middle of the program were fine, just when the program itself was back on air.

When 'Til Death' started, it did the same thing.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems? Is WIN HD broadcasting some programs with "unusual" parameters? I've adjusted whatever settings I could but no improvement. It doesn't seem to happen with every program, just these so far.

I've got two different HD STBs. An older Toshiba HD box and a recently purchased Tevion HD box (purchased from Aldi).

The Toshiba feeds audio via optical cable and the Tevion running standard PCM via the left/right connections.Wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem?

Edit: Discovered another forum topic relating tot his problem. Moving the discusions to: http://www.dtvforum.info/index.php?showtop...st&p=888675
