I purchased an exdemo model from ebay the other day ($200)....thought it was a bit of a bargain, but some of the comments I have read on here make me feel a little different.....I havnt received it yet, but in the listing it states that it doesnt come with a remote ( the seller says it will work with any universal remote) but some of these universal remotes are difficult.......I dont watch a lot of free to air tv (have foxtel), but seeing as I now own a nice HD 42 inch PHILIPS plasma tv...........anyway the main thing I would like is if anyone has a remote for this stb that they wanna get rid of....I'll be happy to buy it from you.....or maybe someone can give me a link or advice as to where I might be able to get one........thanx for your time.

You can buy spare remotes from DGTEC at unit 3 146-148 William Road Dandenong South Vic.Maybe $30??

Thanx quantamleap for the quick reply.....I'll give them a ring and see if they'll send one to me otherwise it will cost me $30 + $400 odd for the airfare from Perth.
