I bought my Ausid about 1 month ago & breifly tested in when I got it home & no problems at all - worked great.
I've just come to do my installation, & the AUSID is saying database is empty - probably as it's been unplugged for a month.
Problem is I cant get into it to do the install/scan. It's asking for a password (which should be 0000) but it's saying it's incorrect!
There is nothing in the manual about recovering the password or resetting it (without knowing it in the firstplace).
Help me please.........
