Hi. I have a Sharp DV-HR300 which I use to record from my satellite receiver (Strong). I have the receiver connected to the Sharp both via the coaxial cable (through the antenna in (of the sharp) and out (of the Strong)) and via the scart out (Strong) and scart in (sharp). With both modes of connection, the sound is out of sync with the video. I also have Foxtel (digital) connected to the sharp via the other scart input with no problem with lip sync. Any suggestions why and how to fix. Thanks

Have you tried swapping the scarts?

Also what outputs have you selected for the scarts? It may be a signal type issue perhaps...
