sad.gif Today I became the proud owner of an Legend LASR0001, I happily transported it home, spent half an hour convincing the Mrs. that this "another bloody toy" was going to improve our TV viewing and recording 100 fold.
Read the instruction book, twice, very carefully and set about setting it up.
Programmed all the stations in, set the time and shazam there it was digital television in all it's glory. Proud as punch I then thought I would show off my skills and record the footy only to be confronted with this error message - "Tuning failed, recording stopped" !!!!
I have downloaded the newest versions from the Legend website but still I get this error message. Can anyone please tell me what the he!! I have done wrong??? (preferably before the leader of the opposition gets home biggrin.gif )

Some PVR boxes like a stronger signal than others. What is your signal strength and quality on the problem channels??

Could be a dodgy unit? Take it back & demand a replacement as it is brand new?
