Hi All. Have seen a number of DVR's with HDD that support DVD with digital still photo files on them, giving a slideshow functionality with output on your TV/Plasma/LCD. The DVR's I have seen (ie Pioneer DVR-720H-S) only support JPEG file format.

Has anyone seen a DVR that supports TIFF format files?

For that matter, I don't see why a DVR with slideshow feature needs a HDD - anyone know of a DVR model without HDD that has slideshow for TIFF, failing that JPEG?
