Anyone knows SD or HD?

The Manual has no mention of SD or HD so I suspect must be SD? But the res quoted to 1280X960 but it is a Korean made booklet so cannot make much sense.

Trying to buy a STB for this as it has no tuner. Does anyone know one that can adjust green tint as this Plama is too greenish.

Thanks

type "Orion PM4230" into google with the quotes and see what comes up, I got a few pages none australian, but some did show the specs... its resolution is 853x480 so it is SD.

Link this is where I got that info from.

Done that and got the same as you... not much. Most are advertising garbage of sorts, not good user info like what we always need!

The manual says "1280X960" so is that not HD? I see HD can be at various levels 1080/720 etc?

There's more factors than just resolution that go into making a panel HD.
1280x960 would be a strange resolution for a plasma panel are you taking that just because its all you can work out? - you said the manual is in a foreign language?

Just had a quick look at more websites google turned up and they all point to it being SD... if you can't read the manual I'd forget tryning to second guess the manual could be saying the panel will display upto 1280x960 - the panel will be downscaling it to get it to fit to the panels resolution..., perhaps you should try to get hold of an english manual, there was a .co.nz website turn up on the google search, that an New Zealand company, maybe they can help you with a manual, or at least answer your questions
