i need some advice i am thinking of getting the nec42vm5 it looks like it has a great picture.i just need to know what the picture is like when watching sports like soccer,footy and golf due to alot of the other screens seem to have a poor picture when grass is shown(it just looks fake) any advice thankyou...

Yes you should!!
Tricky question to answer but the NEC plasmas are regarded as having the best picture. - I think the choice of set top box could play a part in the quality too. Personally I find soocer and footy to be Ok at best anyway, regardless of plasma/box combinations. Soccer can look decidely average largely due to being outsourced from the UK.
