I am looking at purchasing a Samsung 42" HD PS42P4H plasma and wondering if anyone has recently bought one in Aus and what price did they manage to haggle?

I bought one from Retravision, for $4,500, last week, I believe they can be had for $4399, if you look around. I use the DVI out from my Samsung DV747, ex pic !!!
I use a Digitec 2000A for TV, at component, stunning pic at times, depending on the program.

I just got retrovision down to $4 200.00 will pick it up tomorrow. It cane with speakers and stand but cost a further $200 for a Samsung wallmount - looks good can tilt etc. More than I wanted actually but what the heck.

Purchased Samsung PS42P4H Plasma from Harvey Norman on 31st March for $4490 including free Panasonic TUHDT104A HD set top box (Retail $600).

Also Samsung Plasma's have a standard 2 years warranty which is better then most.

I paid $5000 at Harvey Norman Joondalup (4 years interest free) for Teac DV800B, extended 5 year warranty and Samsung PS42P4H on 2 April...
