Hi,
I have geometry issue with my Sharp widescreen tv SX76NF100 (Australian model) although the model is aka 32h-F200 here in Singapore.
When displaying 4:3 material, the image at the bottom half slant towards the left for about 5mm, creating an uneven black borders. The problem is not obvious watching tv in Panaroma mode though.
Have checked with Sharp support here and the Engineer told me this is within the specs of their colour tv and its normal. He mentioned that replacing a new tv for me does not mean there wouldn't be geometry issues with the new set.
This problem exist only when input is PAL signal (cable broadcast here in Singapore), NTSC source signal (DVD,PS2) is fine with good geometry.
Anyone knows the remote code to access the service menu and I need guidance in how to go about adjusting the vertical geometry for this tv.
Any information greatly appreciated.
