Has anyone else noticed a series of white dots on the bottom left hand of the screen when watching Channel 10 in widescreen mode with the Opentel 4200? The dots get recorded too, and no other channel has the same problem.

It's connected via a normal video cable and has the latest firmware.

If you use a 16:9 widescreen display its below the bottom of the screen, overscan. Take it up with Ten.
