ok...this is weird

teac itv-d500 stb into amp (yamaha rx v750) via scart svideo out to benq projector via component...perfect
teac itv-d500 stb into amp (yamaha rx v750) via scart svideo out to panasonic crt (s video) i get black and white bands thru pictures when they are in a studio setting....for example watching the news, the anchor man will be cut up with the BW bands, but when they cut to a report its perfect...i'm stumped...

Test Panasonic CRT with other s-video sources, see if it happens.
