I have an Austar HD Box and an "Austar Account". After logging in to my account I am able to set up recordings on the Austar HD box via my PC.
I have downloaded and installed the new Austar Android App (Via Market) onto my Galaxy S. Via the app I can log in to my Austar Account. As soon as I go to set up a Record remotely it asks me to contact Austar to set up an Austar Account. It does this even though I have already succesfully logged in!
Is it me or is it the App?

Definitely must be the app. I have the same app for iPhone and it works flawlessly. Once I logged on the first time I have stayed logged in ever since.
Try deleting the app and re-installing it. Don't know what else you could do if it's still no good.
