In addition to the usual PVR features you'd expect, the unit has smart TV. When connected to the internet or local area network You get internet access, Web browsing, Google, YouTube, YouPorn... and other net TV. It Plays MKV, Flash and just about any other format. Unit support WiFi Keyboard and mouse. WiFi LAN dongle and selected 3G dongle also work on this unit. The tuners are inserted modules so buyer can choose ... Ter/Ter or Sat/Sat or Sat/Ter. 2.5" Internal HDD is not supplied. They have left it up the buyer or reseller to supply and install the internal drive. Mine doesn't have smart tv. There should be newer firmware because the UltraPlus has free tv+ and internet tv+ which is for watching internet tv channels but the firmware isn't on Mediastars web site.
