I wonder how this will effect Apple now. Will it continue to grow and keep being the innovator it was with Jobs, or will his death mark a slow decline for Apple.
Maybe it will be a mute point thanks to the App

But the good news is that the Itunes store will shortly release an App to talk directly to the dead!

Google will be quite pleased to <Borg voice> "add his distinctiveness to the Android Collective!"

Sad sad sad. He was a true pioneer, he will be missed.
He hasn't really gone, not a day goes by without someone in the media mentioning him.

Demo of the first Apple Macintosh by Steve Jobs, January 1984, in front of 3000 people. Andy Hertzfeld captured the moment quite well in his retelling: "Pandemonium reigns as the demo completes. Steve has the biggest smile I've ever seen on his face, obviously holding back tears as he is overwhelmed by the moment.
The ovation continues for at least five minutes before he quiets the crowd down."
