Hey guys,
Just going through this with Samsung at the moment, they're tried to offer me a pro-rata amount due to the TV being purchased in 2010.
It's the laws after 01/01/2011 that were more clearly defined and allowed customers to choose, not before, which is what they're telling me.
I'm just trying to get more info/reference numbers from people who's TV's they have replaced.
Any help would be awesome.
