So I bought a new 55" LED S/SUNG 3D UA55D60000SM
I get lagging (ghosting)
I have 2 inline amp's 1 has a splitter on it
combined amplification around 40db
cable run b4 amp 12 mtrs
after amp between 2mtrs and 25mtrs pending room
New TV lags ie: ghosting cable run 2mtrs
Spare room Sony LCD cable run 25mtrs no issue
RG6 quad all round
is it TV or over amplification
Tried new HD set top box Same issue on S/Sung no fault on Sony

PLEASE help... I am replacing TV tomorrow as per S/sungs instructions

It's highly probable from your description, you are overloading the tuner.... the question is.. why you have those amps?

It's impossible to know exatly what your signals are doing without accurate signal measurements, at the antenna, inputs to the amps and splitters and at the outlets.

Suggest if you are looking for a cheap antenna installer that your time is clearly not a precious commodity as their is not either.  Best of luck, as skill will probably not come into it.  MTV is not cheap either, most people on the forum are informed and educated installers.  Calling someone cheap is generally an insult.  Why not buy a cheaper TV and get your antenna fixed next time?

Not personally, but cheap installers keep me in business, fixing their 'cheap' installations.
