I have a TiVo, a booster and HD LCD TV, live in Burnie, clear line of sight to Round Hill. Initially when I bought my first STB it was a SD one, had our antenna repositioned so as to pick up the signal from Launeston.
Now as the Round Hill is operational, I had our antenna repositioned again. TiVo and HD TV work perfectly. However this is not the problem, my husband's son is now living with us. He has our old CRT TV, and went to Hardley Normals and picked an el cheapo HD STB.
He is forever complaining of fuzzy pictures. His father has said he will look into it, (that was 6 months ago). I am looking for cheapest possible solution to keep this teenager quiet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have posted this in the regional area also.
I am thinking along the lines of another amplifier.
