This Video Processor/AV Hub has served me well over the past few years and has the latest FW loaded. It has the SDI module included and I used it with my SDI modified Oppo 971H DVD player to get a supurb picture. The Oppo is also available for sale - see other ad.

Thanks,

Yeah, for some reason, many people seem to be unwilling to make an offer
- fear of rejection maybe? Have a look at the other ads I have in here and make an offer - the worst that can happen is that your initial offer is not accepted - the haggling can start from there :) .

A lot of people are too afraid to make orders because some people get very angry or annoyed at people making offers. They feel these people are trying to low ball or get away with some crime by doing so. I am sure there are a few bad eggs that may do this but i think most people are quite fair and when they make an offer lower than what is being asked it might just be thats all they can afford or perhaps feel its worth to them.... This is the problem that happens when there is too much emphasis on buyers being "bad" ie making offers.

Exactly. I won't make an offer unless the seller has listed a ball park figure to get me started as I wouldn't want to offend them in case my offer was below what they were expecting

Thanks for the feedback guys - it's been interesting. I would have thought that if the seller doesn't list a ballpark figure then he should be happy to accept any price offer without getting offended. Without a stated price it allows the buyer to offer what the item is worth to him/her, regardless of what the market price might be.

You'd think so, but no. Some people here take it personally when offers are below what they had in mind. Often though, you see the goods sit for sale with the price gradually dropping to around or below the so called "low ball offers".

But in this case, I'm happy with the price.  :D

It is an excellent and very reliable product. I have mine now for about 4 years now it hasn't missed a beat.  I simply can't live without it as I watch a lot of SD stuff.

Definitely sold guys :) . Yes, processing SD to almost HD quality is where the VP really shines.
