I received the migration email but not  the spin the wheel email,we have the hd box, don't have fox sports  but have the mainstream packages and movies
so don't know why missed out on this.

Hmmm...it seems there is a starange way of selection?

Like others, I have had it from the start...just use the standard sat box, basic plus sport, movie package, 2 add on's and recently the wife got Ovation back on after the changes.

Perhaps those not receiving the offers or emails may need to contact and ask them.

I would have assumed that we would all get the November Newsletter on the same day at least.

Hohum...

I'm pleased some people got a worthwhile offer then. Not happy with mine though. I'd have loved the 5 box office movies. I was offered a discount at a travel agency .... phhhhht.

So it appears that subscribers who actually received the offer had only random 'prizes'. Other subscribers were excluded randomly from playing altogether.  While I got the 5 box office movies on my wheel, I didn't have the Complimentary channel access option, which if showtime was part of it, I'd have taken. On the other hand I did have that travel offer crap option.  How typically Austar!

i got 4 options-
10% off breakfree resorts
a photo coffee mug which you have to pay $5.95 postage
free 13x18cm custom hardcover photo book $3.95 postage
free custom 20x28cm photo calendar $7.95 postage.

I took none as they all stink.
Where was the Speed channel option!

Today I lost my free channels (History, Lifestyle Food, 13th Street, Comedy, CI, Bio) not a bad 1 month trail that was suppose to expire on 31 December 2010

Hah, I was wondering why we had Comedy Channel access for the last few months, knew we hadn't subscribed to it, so just assumed they'd added it into the base package.  Now that explains it.   I'll probably find my access has gone now too.
