Might have a 30 minute pre show to the game on ONE and straight into it on Ten?

Um, it says in McDigital's listing that it's on OneHD in Sydney at 7pm, so I'd assume that's live?

Not in Tassie.
McD, Please remove 'Live to Tasmania on ONE HD" for this Saturday's game. It's delayed at 9pm. Southern Cross is still LIVE though.
Southern Cross seem to be up to there old tricks again of ripping off LIVE AFL from TDT/ONEHD and making them show repeats while showing it on their own channel  <_<

G'day,

I can see what's going to happen with One HD in Tasmania Alista, they're going to do their own thing, and be inline with TDT it seems for the season, which is kinda half right and half wrong in some ways

Half right, in that TDT never has LIVE AFL games during the season, the least being 30mins delay, the most being 4 hours or so delay

Half wrong, because during the NAB Cup, the HD quality version of the game is not LIVE, and thats the only time they can do their own thing in terms of showing AFL games at a different time to TDT

Actually the only good thing Southern Cross are doing (even though they insist on showing the games themselves "for the benefit of analogue viewers") is that they show the ONE HD feed on their SCTV HD channel, albeit without any epg.

In my schedules, I've got delayed coverage of this game on ONE HD from 8.30pm in Sydney (with it on Ten at the above stated 11.30pm). Has this changed to a Ten/ONE HD simulcast?

So I dont get it

Live on FS2/HD nationwide, and delayed on ONE HD nationwide

Who is covering the game? Fox Sports or ONE? I assume, since its live on FS, that FS is covering the game and ONE are re-broadcasting their signal.

It's been happening like that for the last 2 to 3 years!

Not in Melbourne - only other states

Melbourne ALWAYS get the native FTA broadcasts of games (with the recent exception of Tasmanias games)

G'day,

The Semi Finals of the NAB cup over the years has always been a strange one

One Game is produced by Seven, the other produced by Fox Sports, delayed onto the Ten network so that everyone gets to see both games

Victoria has been getting Fox Sports games on Sunday night, at around 10:30pm during the Season, when a Melbourne team plays in Tasmania or Canberra, as their home ground also

Changes again in Tassie for the Saturday game.
OneHD doesn't seem to have it scheduled at all which is a shame.
SCTV has it at 8.40 now after the movie 'The sister Act 2'
TDT is still going at 11.30.

Why did ONEHD have last night's match in crappy SD? It looked as if it had come from Foxtel. And if so is that the standard quality for Foxtel AFL? I wouldn't pay 5c for it if that's the case.

It swaps each year, whoever has the NAB Cup GF (this year 10/ONE) shows a semi on delay that was live on Fox Sports first.  It's been like this since the current 7/10/Fox broadcast deal started in 2007.
