SOOOOO hoping it all falls into place before Christmas.  We have some leave coming up and we plan to do not much other than relax in the audio room   Just need those speakers so we can listen to something

Yep -- I know the feeling. I've noticed that the CX4Fs are now in the "testing" phase so hopefully production is Real Soon Now. I looked at some veneer samples last week so that must mean we're getting to the business end of things ...

Man it takes soooo long to get a pair of SGR speakers nowadays. Everything seems to be in production and nothing much is produced.

I take it you've ordered CX4F's mate ? Very keen to hear your impressions when you get them. At one stage i was pretty keen to sell my Elektra and Focal and join club SGR with a pair of CX4F's.

Yes. Yes I have.

I actually would prefer to have the CX3B standmounts, but with kiddies running amok it seemed prudent to get the floorstanders instead. I had to sell my VAF I-93 and Rotel amps to pay for these jobbies, and I assume that my Elektra 2-channel amp will be redundant soon as well.
