sorry i havent been on for along time ,kjk im sorry it took so long im was sure you where the ownly person as you paid into a account and anybody else im sure that paid via paypal unless rejected along time ago, the return should have it , so sydney mack did you pay via paypal if so what is your name.

sidney mack just so you know it isnt my fault you didnt get you money ive just checked the history from paypal , i sent your money back to you on the 9 june via paypal and ive just seen you rejected it on the 11th of june and i havent been back on paypal to look and see what happened i just assumed you got the money...

You should check the email conversations we had around this time, there was a reason we decided to reject it.
Have you forgotton what we discssed? For info i received emails from you on 11th, 17th and 18th of june, then you disappeared and stopped answering emails and pm's. I've sent you over my paypal details to refund, thanks. |

I'm sure I won't be popular with the hddvduser fanclub, but I have to get this off my chest. Along with several others, I spent quite some time recruiting 3rd gen Toshiba owners to this cause. As we all know, we donated, we were refunded, we donated, we were refunded etc etc, in my case I lost on the NZ exchange rate each time. The level of communication from hddvduser was appalling, and when firmware was eventually delivered, it didn't work at all on my HD-A30. hddvduser said he would fix it in a few days, but never did, and instead of a nice reasonable explanation, he did what he always does and just refunded again, ignored all email and disappeared off the face of the earth. He lost all my respect at that stage. If I'd known things would be handled this way, I would have sold my A30 months ago. Meanwhile, the firmware he sent me apparently works with the EP30 or may do, but I have no idea if this is true. A huge waste of time, and a sour taste remains.
