Hi All,

Looking for a Wii package for my daughter for Xmas and I understand that Nintendo may be bundling more games in the lead up to Xmas. Anyone have prior notice or rumours of this?. Currently only the Wii Sports is the included game and any other games are added by the retailer.

Christmas Console Wars
i got to say Nintendo released Mario for the Wii just in time
1st will be the Wii soley because of Mario
2nd will be the new PS3 slim for it's Blu-Ray playing capabilities
and
3rd will be the X360

Have been keeping an eye on all the bundles presently around but did read about a month ago that Nintendo instead of applying a price cut were going to add more games as a bundle, as currently the wii sports is the only game to with the wii with the other games added by the retailers. Question is when will this happen? Or has it already happened?

See knowing my luck I go and buy one today and next week they include another one or two games - so instead of just getting wii sports they throw in more.

I'm just wondering though whether the additional games in the current bundles is what Nintendo are just going to do - are they subsidizing the retailers who are actually adding the additional games apart from wii sports. Does this make sense???

i thought the kmart one a few weeks back was good, and the jb one
and it's not how many games but which games are in the bundles
some titles are starting to drop to  the $20 mark now
Mario is a must, and still think it's fun, but damn, i'm stuck at the second castle and need to build up some lives

BigW had a good bundle a couple weeks ago, $419 with Wii Sports, new super Mario bros, Mario kart with wheel and wii cricket. I'm sure there will be better deals cmon in the next couple weeks.

I'm surprised there's no mention of the Dick Smith deal - $248 for limited edition red Wii, includes Wii Sports AND New Super Mario Brothers.

When you consider that NSMB retails for $90, the actual Wii itself is effectively $158!!!
