I am thinking of purchasing the above mentioned tv. Could any of you indicate what they have paid for it?

Also, who knows who stock/supplies this tv in Adelaide?

According to the hdtv prices listed on pbwiki, seems to be around the $2500.  FYI, I paid for the 47" Philips 47PFL9632D for just under $3100 3 weeks ago.  Personally, if you can spare the extra $600, you should go for the 47".  $600 will be worth the extra 5", and I am sure you won't regret it.  I would have loved the 52", but it was going for mid $4k, and I did not think the extra 5" is worth spending extra $1.5k at the time.  For those where money is not the matter, I am sure their opinions will differ from mine.  After all, when it comes to TV and assuming you have a large-ish HT room, the bigger the better.

im looking at the same set HN are advisertising on special for $3,000 but i think you should be able to pick one up for aroudn 2,000 - 2,500
thats what im hoping
