Yep, as mentioned above the two for one at Target is $30.40 per title. (or $15.20 each when you get 2)

I picked up MI4 for $23.99 and Abduction for $15.xx

Also called past Sanity and grabbed a double feature of The Departed and Blood Diamond for $9.99
They had a couple of options available, worth a look.

The studios are trying to push the public into buying multiples of two movies, so that they can flog off a few unwanted discs that folks won't buy even if they were ticketed at $8.

I thought Cowboys and Aliens was a hopeless flop but Paramount had included it in their BOGOF promo, making some people pay up to $20 for it.

About the current WB promo, here's my take on some of the movies on offer -
Green Lantern - In brightest day, in darkest night, this film is a piece of shite.
Final Destination 5 - Death has a Design (except for this film franchise)
Horrible Bosses - Horribly Boring
Dream House - S**t House
Sucker Punch - Sucks
Red Riding Hood - not riding hard enough
The Rite - The Shite
Hall Pass - No Class
Arthur - Ar**hole
Full Metal Jacket - Not available as a Steelbook
Hereafter - Never Again
Clash Of The Titans - Greek Tragedy
Legend Of The Guardians - don't care two hoots
Due Date -Past Its Use By Date
Crazy Stupid Love - Crappy and dull story
Drive Angry - Epic Fail

One man's trash is another man's treasure........ :ninja:

Walked into a JB Hi-Fi store in Sydney's CBD today and asked the man at the counter if they had a list of the WB BOGOF titles. He asked me to walk through the BD section and look at the stickered items. How very helpful of him !

As I leaving the cash counters, I noticed that they had cut a couple of pages out of their magazine (Stack or Stuffed or whatever it's called) and attached them waaaay below eye level. Those two pages contained pictures of some movies, which was a start.

Kale's list a few posts earlier is fairly comprehensive. I can add -
Ben Hur
Casablanca
as two more titles with the sticker.

I'm beginning to wonder if it applies to all WB titles that are priced between $15.98 and $19.98.

That already includes the 20% off - $29.99 in store, reduces to $23.98. Picked up a copy today.

Got to agree there.
I will most likely get Crazy stupid love and horrible bosses as they are hilarious. (if your into that kind of simple humor I guess)
Already own sucker punch which was average in my eyes but the wife likes it so we kept it.
Also own date night which is similar humor to the above two comedies.
Anyway each to their own I guess.

I noticed this in JB today - Tim Burton Collection - well, 3 titles doesn't actually amount to much:

http://www.jbhifionl...ay-jb-ex/666305
Currently $16 for 3 films - Beetlejuice / Corpse Bride and Sweeney Todd  - all Warner

However - the artwork is more or less STOLEN from the Amazon US exclusive :

http://www.amazon.co...36714270&sr=8-1

The US version has
  • Pee Wee’s Big Adventure
  • Beetlejuice
  • Batman
  • Batman Returns
  • Mars Attacks!
  • Corpse Bride
  • Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Pretty p*ssweak local version - granted Charlie is a Roadshow release here, and Sweeny is a Dreamworks in the US.  Pity someone couldn't put out bit more of definitive - all films edition ?  or better - have had added the Batman films, and released locally Mars Attacks and Pee-wee.... but of course..... we're talking about how Australia gets the short end of the stick :)

The 20% off at JB is also coming off the B1G1F deal so I picked up horrible bosses and Crazy stupid love for $15.98 instead of $19.98

Hi there

Can you please kindly check if the copy of "The Departed" from the double pack, contains lossless audio or not?  Thanks in advance! :)

Same titles here .. Unknown and  Contagin as well ....they were both triple play packs too.

Also got Machette triple play for around $12 and the Batman Anthology for around $20.

The way their system implements the discounts is always confusing, but I have to admit this time no dodgy tricks involved and all as advertised .... Perhaps they are learning.

Spotted in JB Hi Fi World Square Sydney CBD-
Buy any Blu Ray player and get 50% off the marked price of BDs (limit of 30 discs per transaction).

Here is the list of available BD players -
http://www.jbhifi.co...blu-ray-player/

The 3D players for $99 are not bad.
