Those prices are roughly what you can pick them up new in HK - although then you have to get them back and pay duty
Nice kit I agree

that same seller I see also has a marantz sa-11 for a great price !

http://cgi.ebay.com....1QQcmdZViewItem

again as per norpus perhaps could be got for the same or cheaper from HK, but a good price locally none the less I think.

Hi Al,

funny enough, I thought of you with your love and affection of Musical Fidelity  (with damn good reason) when I saw all the MF gear for sale from this seller. I can recommend this seller as I have twice bought items from him and was very happy and impressed how pristine the gear was and very securely packaged with quick arrival.

Also up for grabs from this seller (I have no affiliation)

http://cgi.ebay.com....0QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com....0QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com....2QQcmdZViewItem

Are you cleaning out your closet Al? :P

Another of interest

http://cgi.ebay.com....i...A:IT&ih=003

? Is this going to give greater preformance for the bucks, or would buying the Marantz SA-11S1 be better value as it is a complete package?

I recently won this little beauty that arrived yesterday (suckers to those I outbidded :P )

no experience wihtr the acoustic arts drive to comment sorry.

good going on getting hold of the benchmark too certainly a top notch pice of gear there !  :)

if the kw with its clunky mechanism is suppose to be better varient, would hate to hear the noise the trivista would make :)

Hi all,

just seen listed, this centre speaker,

http://cgi.ebay.com....1QQcmdZViewItem

If this is a bargain, I would hate to know the retail $$$$. As for the postage cost, I reckon you could stick it in a hired limo for less :P . Certainly looks the goods, and at 55kg, it's 1kg heavier than one of my speakers :o  :) .

I must say your description of them pretty much wraps up my opinion on all the Dynaudio speakers I have ever heard... but each to their own.

I see no evidence of that, Al (pun intended) :P .

Mmmm.. I think we all agree (not), we should spend more money on speaker cable than the speakers themselves, well half the amount, for some :D .

http://cgi.ebay.com....1QQcmdZViewItem

A true bargain I'm sure  .

Hmmm warranty on Bel Canto looks a bit dodgey as I do not believe he is a authorised dealer.

thats a great price for the thing though. and he does allow 7 day return if found faulty
http://cgi.ebay.com....1QQcmdZViewItem

wonder if he inteds selling this on ebay. would be a good option ot the elektra theatre 7 and nad master series at that price.

not sure why they make a 6 channel amp though. youd think most people for multi channel would only need 5ch for a 5.1 set or 7ch for 7.1 set.

Al, I have been keeping an eye on that Bel Canto amp for myself.  I know u r a stockist d-lite, so that's food for thought.  Have really been doing some intense research on their products and very impressed.  I guess at this stage if I had some more support as to its credibility then it would certainly add weight to my decision.  D-lite how about their 2-channel amps??

Just to jump ship for a minute, anyone on here own/rate McIntosh???  Cheers and thanks.

hi b&w have only demoed the previous series bel canto dac courtesy of dlite. I think its well made stuff but unsure on theirr digital amps.

mckintosh stuff I hold in high regard, is superbly built and of real quality. they have a well jsutified reputation in my opinion as with audio research if your looking for quality tube gear.
