Hi all,

I live in Australia since 2 month. Now I though about buying a DVB-T card for my laptop. But unfortunately I found no information about which channels are available via DVB-T in Brisbane.

Can anyone tell me which programs I can receive with my laptop?

Brisbane digital:

ABC:   VHF Ch 12 Hor 226.5 MHz

SBS:   UHF Ch 36 Hor 585.625 MHz  

7:       VHF Ch 6 Hor 177.5 MHz

9:       VHF Ch 8 Hor 191.625 MHz

10:     VHF Ch 11 Hor 219.5 MHz

All 5 major channels are available via DVB-T. Only Briz 31 is unavailable. See http://www.dba.org.a...sp?sectionID=22 for details.

If you had gone to the Brisbane Viewers' Forum which is near the bottom of the home page of this forum you would have got what you asked for and more.

I have found the antenna provided with laptops are nearly useless. So read the "Get the best reception.. at the top of the strand.
