Why is Black Mountan transmitting VHF but Mt Taylor and Weston Creek UHF??
What is the difference??

Try doing a search for UHF vs. VHF on the old forum. I would but I'm doing other stuff.

I beleive it's because the analog transmissions are band 5 UHF from the 2 translators, and band 3 VHF, band 4 UHF from Bl Mtn. By transmitting in the same freq range, the general public "MAY" not need to change their antennae.
