HI

I am thinking of getting a Popcorn C300 with the Bluray rom addon.

http://streamaster.c...-stock-350.html

wondering anyone has one of these and if any issues with it?
I am liking the Hdd slide in option and the Bluray rom also in the same unit.

I am also intrested in trying the Bluray ISO playback it say it has full menu playback so
wondering if that is correct also.

any information or feedback would be appreciated.

Hi v59 ;the c300 has very similar codec support to the older  a200 ;  Good graph here showing the difference between the 300 and 400;

The iso support only applies to 2d blurays not 3d if important :question: I would expect it to have a bluray license having a bd drive addon which means cinavia so worth checking .. SBS 3d files are ok but integrating subtitles are a pain for some players .

  If you want a player with a player built in and don't need 3d particularly compared with the dune equivalent its good value . If you don't need the player but a tvix3d's etc realtek chip  does handle 3d iso's and is cheaper - not full size though .

I have an A300 and the blu-ray ISO playback works just fine, but not with full menus (although admittedly I haven't checked that for a while).  I tend to make ISO copies of just the movie from the disc, not the entire disc anyway.

Haven't tried 3D (not terribly interested).

Oh - I imagine the C300 will be the same, but when watching a blu-ray ISO you have to be a little patient if you want to skip ahead.  The chapter next buttons work just fine, but you have to take your time with them.  If you go too fast, they'll just take you back to the beginning again.

There's now an A400, so there may also be a C400 on the way?

Hi
Thanks for the Info I ended up buying the C-300 and its working well and it has the Full Blu ISO Menu Support
I was looking for. You have to setup a USB key inside the unit which is easy to do and it all works :-)
The unit is built pretty well  and the Picture Quality is really good also from MKV and AVi files.
