I am using SmartEPG, and have some Search Timers set. So far so good. Been working well since I installed it.
My wife asked me to record another program which follows one of the existing programs (same channel). I added the program to the search list, it set the timers OK.
The first timer recorded OK, the second didn't.
I had set both to allow "combine timers", but that was after the timers had already been created. Should I have deleted those and let it set them again?
I set SmartEPG to "Combine double episodes" but I thought that would only apply to programs of the same name (or not).
I just deleted the timers for the two programs and let SmartEPG create them again. I have 2 separate timers, so the same may happen again.
What do I do it ensure it does record consecutive timers?

EDIT:
I setup 2 new search timers (consecutive on ABC2). Both programs recorded OK. May be because the "Combine double episodes" wasn't set until after I created the second search and the timers had already been set. The timers didn't combine though, I had 2 separate recordings.
I also have deleted the IQTuner TAP, I didn't realise (until I RTFM) that it was included in SmartEPG.
Hope it works OK from now.
