Today is retune day in Perth.  I change to channel 3 (SBS) and no signal, so go to menu - installation - auto search. I wait for it to finish.
Then set about deleting the home shopping turds.  I notice that there are also some extra channels with 3-digit channels, for the 7 and SBS channels.
They were very weak, probably picked up from the infill transmitters in Bedfordale or Perth CBD.
When I try to watch channel 3, it still comes up as no signal. I go back to the menu and look at channel data, and find that it still has the old UHF carrier frequency for SBS. It was supposed to move the VHF 7 channel, formerly used by analogue TV.  So it did not retune any existing channels, it just found some new crap.

Then I did an auto retune on an LG STB - and that worked without a hitch. I got SBS on that.

Try doing a full factory reset to clear the existing channels, then do a manual tune on the correct channels for your area and for the
correct transmitter your antenna is pointing at.
