Anyone know if any of their offerings offer PVR functionality?

I'd like to replace something in my rack with a Dune product. From all accounts the Dunes DVD up scaling is not the best so I'd prefer to keep my OPPO in the rack for BD and DVD playback. The only other spot would be the Beyonwiz.

I noticed the TV-403D has dual tuners and HDD bay, so I'm assuming it will have PVR functionality. Anyone know if it will operate on Australian DTV broadcasts. And will it support the likes of IceTV?

I'm surprised their flagship HD Max does not include DTV tuners, is the Max an older version? And if so will there be an updated flagship that will include tuners?

It would be awesome if, in their flagship model, they could improve their DVD upscaling(apparently BD playback has no issues) to the level of OPPO and include dual tuners along with PVR functionality and IceTV or similar support.........one player that does it all, that would be awesome.

Cheers

Hmm, doesn't look good. I wonder if the new models with built in tuners will fair any better.......btw, no amplified antenna here so I could get lucky.

Cheers

I don't, the only reason I mention the new models is because some of them have built in tuners.

like hazzad do care about 3D. but these media players for me are really for the more often played things, eg kids stuff etc. and 3D is just not something we play often enough, that its just as easy to just take the 3D disc out and put in the player. so not a huge priority for me as a necessity for media players :) one day when enough 3D movies around maybe will be though. so good to see developement of these new models to suit. imagine be a while before theyre fully tried tested and as capable as the current 2D versions :)

I just picked up one of these only 108 bucks. It'll give me something to play with until all these new ones come out.
