This is the HD TV I own  - http://www.hisense.c...led/type/38/209

Anyway, long story short, I have a problem watching the GEM HD channel on this HD TV. At first when you go on the channel, the audio is out of snych with the video. This problem useally corrects itself by giving me 5 seconds of slow frame rate before returng to normal. So that I can deal with.

The actual consistent problem itself however is that while the channel is still obviously HD, I am getting messy pixualiztion and macroblocking particualy when movement is invovled. I do not have this problem with any other HD or SD channel, only GEM. I also must note that I do not get this problem on my other 32" HD TV in my room on GEM or any other channel for that matter.

Can anyone help me out?

See if you can get a firmware update for the TV.

1) Unplug antenna cord from TV.

2) Do an auto tune function on the TV.

3) Put the TV in standby, unplug from power for 30 seconds.

4) Plug back into power, reconenct antenna cord, turn TV on, set tuning type as "DTV", then perform "Auto Tuning"

If that doesn't fix it, try Hisense help line on 1800 447 367.

And that would achieve nothing, he already stated that another TV receives the same signal with no issues! So not a transmission issue...

With the Bodensee TV some needed the channel to be manually tuned. Try going into the settings and manually tuning with the correct channel I'm your area for channel 9. This is not a broadcaster issue. The major capital cities run off channel 8 for their main transmitters. Let me know how you go.
