Hi, I want to know which TVs & set top boxes have problems with getting closed captions.
I'd much rather know now, than before It's too late $$$!!

All Digital TVs and STBs have to be able to decode closed captions. Try them out in the shop. You should be able to change the print to a convenient size .Since the closed caption data is carried just like the picture and sound, poor performance will show up on the picture and sound. I would buy a Sony TV in what ever model you like.

What is important is to get an antenna recommended in http://www.dtvforum....hp?showforum=82 for your location.

Most new and recent model panels and HD STB's have no problems with CC.

Your aerial should be fine unless you experience some kind of reception issue... Not that you mentioned your aerial at all... :rolleyes:
