Hi,
I had this TV for many years and recently the screen has been gone inverted and there is vertical static lines on every input and every channel. I notice there is an option to upgrade firmware but Samsung said they have never released an upgrade for it.
They also said that about my LA32A650A1-FXXY which I know I have upgraded. Does anyone know of a firmware upgrade for this product?
