cheaper than buyin a 3D blu-ray I suppose. if anyone does watch it do post back what you think of picture quality and sound quality

Watched it is Chinese with subtitles H-SBS with good picture quality and sound almost 5GB H.264 probably 720p nice 3d effects plenty of action.

Yes, agree with pheggie, good quality image, if not maybe a bit bright and lacking in colour. Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, excellent quality.

Film was obviously made-for-3D with lots of nice effects. Not a bad story either.

excellent they have added dd5.1 to the mix. that in itself is a huge bonus compared to lack of surround sound on fta. I'd rather decent 720p than drab 1080 of fta.

3D, better than SD picture and surround sound. well done tivo :)
