Hi All,

Just after some help with my Foxtel. I have 2 points in my house one for main room and one for multiroom. Awhile ago i stooped the multiroom but have started it again.

Problem is nothing changed except for a new standard box, and new cable from wall to foxtel box. I have reconnected it all up but now some channels are really pixelated and the free to air channels don't work at all (it says no signal). I am pretty sure its due to signal strength but nothing else has changed besides the new box and cable as mentioned. Its really got me stumped.

I work pretty hard and long hours so im hoping to try a few things before getting a tech out.

I am wondering if the new cable from wall plate to box would not be a good as quality as last one? Could it be something this simple?

Any ideas/suggestions would be great.

Is your Foxtel via cable or satellite?

Try swapping boxes to other outlets and different flyleads and see if it only happens with one outlet and not the other.

If it's satellite with a dual LNB, one output/cabling/connection could be faulty.
