Owner of a new Denon 1912, Klipsch Quintets and a happy camper... I have a Windows issue which prevents the Denon or my Xbox 360 from seeing my PC. Oddly enough I can run Windows Media Center through the Xbox, just not connect directly using music or video player. The Denon (ethernet connected) will see my laptop (wireless) when it's on the network, but not my PC. A side issue really as I am building a new box before the close of the financial year (the Denon won the first round!) which will probably resolve this. But getting ready for that...am I restricted to using iTunes with Airplay as a way of getting my content to the Denon. I see plenty of info about iTunes but little about WMP and few screen shots to show me the interfaces. It's not a big problem using iTunes, but not an iOS household and probably sticking to Android devices. Can someone fill in a few gaps or point me to some more information for WMP. At present it's working out ok to use the Xbox to stream through Windows Media Center, but I want to move to FLAC files if it's worth it. Apart from this research .. it's all good with Denon...

I solved all my issues by bringing Mac and IOS into our household and we are supremely happy campers, a whole new world has opened up to us and the Mac and IOS devices work seamlessly and flawlessly. The Windows based PC not so happy, just sits in the corner and no one wants to use it!
