Hi,
Has anyone noticed that Ballarat is broadcasting a new channel, 84 ?
It's only a loop at the moment (And an old one at that, low quality)
I found it by accident tonight, the TV must do an autoscan/.

This would be a part of the WIN TV digital multiplex where the SD service is on LCN (logical channel number) 8, GEM is on 80, GO is on 88 and Extra is on 84, some TVs require a re-scan and others don't.
This new digital channel is relatively new and is provided by a low bit rate stream so the quality wont that flash, it is mainly a shopping channel

Spock, Win Gold isnt eXtra, its Win's own datacasting station (completely different content). I think WIN is trying to see how far ACMA will let them go by some of the content :D
