Hi,

Regretful sale.

Due to work committments, I need to relocate and likely downsize to an apartment for a year or two. It'll be a waste to keep these items in stroage for so long, so have decided to put them for sale.

Item1: Klipsh Reference Speakers

Model: RF82 (left and right) and RC62 (centre)

Price: $2,500

Age: Approx 2.5 years

Colour: Black

Condition: Perfect

Bought from Just Klapp in Melbourne. Comes with 5 year warranty, so 2.5 years left.

Refer to following link for specs:
http://www.klipsch.c...tanding_Speaker
http://www.klipsch.com/rc-62

Item 2: SVS PB12 Plus Subwoofer

Model: Sledge Amplifier

Price: $1,500

Age: Approx 1 year

Colour: Gloss Black

Condition: Perfect

Bought from Deep Hz. Comes with 3 year warranty, so 2 years left.

Refer to following links for specs:
http://www.deephzaud...uct%20page.html

Location is SE suburbs of Melbourne

For serious buyers, avaiable for demo for about the next two weeks, before I need to pack them away.

Photos will be uploaded in next few days.

Note: Will need to confirm ability to transfer warranty.

Sorry Rob, for that price I would rather hold onto it and keep it in storage until my return.

One and only price drop

Klipsch Speakers - $2200

SVS - $1350

I'll be packing these up this weekend to store at my folk's place, so will no longer be available for demo.

Hey mate,

Not thread crapping or anything but a few years ago I was gonna buy RF82's and Just Klapp advertised them for $2500 but were gonna offer it to me for 2200. You might want to lower your price a bit also considering the Series II versions have also been out a litle while now! :)

Just giving you a heads up mate and good luck with the sale. The RF series speakers are bloody awesome! :)

Geez mate, that's less than what I ended up paying, and I bought as a package - next time, I'm bringing you with me to do my negotiating :P

As I mentioned in the first thread, its very much a reluctant sale. I'm still 50/50 about it. My wife is even trying to convince me not to sell - I guess the speakers have grown on her.

If they dont sell at that price, I'll keep them in storage, and bring them out when I get back to Melbourne.

Thanks.

I spent A LOT of time auditioning various speakers, before I finally purchased these.

No other speaker in the price range gave me the dynamics I was looking for.

I know some people find Klispch speakers fatiguing, but I've never had that issue. Perhaps because I have a rug and other soft furnishings in the room.

The speakers are also easy to drive, so you dont neccessarily need a power amp to bring out their potential.

If they do sell, I will definitely miss them :logik:

Ok, Klipsch speakers were safely packed and stored away at my folkes place last weekend.

The SVS sub on the other hand, man, I forgot how heavy that thing was. It also takes up a lot of room once in the foam packaging.

I dont think it will practical to store this at my folkes place anymore.

So price drop $1250 for SVS sub

Hi

Just wanted to offer my support for this sub's value..

I couldn't quite get to superaaaa's asking price (plus, I'm in Canberra - this was the clincher unfortunately, as superaaaa noted he only wanted pickup) so, I just bought a new PB12-NSD ($1050 inc ship) a few days ago.  But, given this Plus is only an extra $200 (+ ship) I'm actually genuinely upset that I couldn't have been in Melbourne to liaise with superaaaa (and pick up locally.)  I would've bought this Plus instead, in a heartbeat.

Good luck with it superaaaa and sorry your sale fell through..

Mains (RF82) - $1650

Centre(RC62) - $450

Package - $2000
